SAP Sign In
Follow the below steps to start the add-in component of Spreadsheet Server for SAP ledger:
Note: If a user's Spreadsheet Server Settings are set to start Spreadsheet Server during Excel startup, step 2 is not applicable. 
If unattended (auto) sign in is enabled, steps 3 and 4 are not applicable. 
The dialog boxes used to sign into Spreadsheet Server are determined by the user's Application Configurator settings. 
- Open Excel.
 - In Excel, from the Spreadsheet Server Ribbon, select Disabled (or, click the down arrow under the Disabled button, and click Enable). The SAP Logon dialog box appears.
 - Two methods are available for signing into Spreadsheet Server:
 - Select the desired System to sign into.
 - Specify the Client, User ID, Password, and Language.
 - Specify the Client, User ID, Password, and Language.
 - Select Remember Me to retain the User ID and Password.
 - If necessary, click the System tab, and select the desired system to sign into.
 - Click OK.
