insightsoftware Cloud Platform connects financial analytics, reporting, and performance management solutions to share data across applications, solve business problems faster, and do more with less. This topic leads you through the process of syncing the list of Platform users without having to manually perform the setup when migrating from the legacy version of Spreadsheet Server.

Follow these steps after you install Spreadsheet Server for Platform:

1. Open Application Configurator.
2. Enter your password in the Administrator Login prompt and click OK. The insightsoftware Platform Migration window displays the list of users.
3. Enter the email address for the users to complete the migration. You can switch on the Exclude user toggle to exclude any user from this process.
4. Click Continue.

Note: If you do not enter all the required email addresses before continuing, you will have to manually sync the list of remaining users.

5. Open Application Configurator to view the list of users.
