Define Mapped Drives

The Mapped Drives tab allows users to define the mapped drives to be temporarily created, when a scheduled job is being processed. Mapped drives used in any part of the process, including Distribution Manager and Spreadsheet Server, must be defined.

Create and Maintain Mapped Drives for a Job

  1. Use the following table to enter data in the Mapped Drive tab:

    Description

    Drive

    Click the drop-down list, and, select the letter to be assigned to the mapped drive.

    Folder

    Type the path, or, click the Browse button to select the desired folder location for the mapped drive.

  3. Click OK. The system adds or updates the job.
